About this class
In this two-part class, you’ll learn to safely identify and clear energetic attachments — what they are, how we attract them, and how to release them with full awareness and consent.
The work is experiential. You’ll learn my eight-step process for healing and clearing attachments in the first session, then move into hands-on practice with a partner in the second.

Requires completion of Psychic Development Levels 1 & 2. No exceptions. Class size is strictly limited to ensure that each student gets personal attention.
What we’ll cover
Session 1
Understanding Attachments
What are energetic attachments? How can they be identified in the energy field, and how do we attract them? Why do we sometimes choose to allow these attachments — and is that always a bad thing? You’ll learn my eight-step process for healing and clearing attachments and begin work on a self-scan.
Session 2
Practical Applications
Q&A from your self-scan work, then tools and techniques for scanning, identifying, and (safely and with full permission) lifting attachments when it’s optimal to do so. We’ll also discuss after-care once an attachment has been released. Students work in pairs — with full permission and clear boundaries. Your partner will not be randomly scanning you for attachments. Karen holds energy for the group throughout to ensure safety.
