Join me to quiet your mind and let your inner wisdom speak through the practice of guided writing. I’ve been teaching this practice to my intuitive development students for more than 15 years. It is one of the safest, quickest, most direct ways I know of to connect with your guides and your inner knowing. Guided writing can be a lifeline if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure about how to proceed.

Unlike automatic writing, in which you give control of the process to other entities, guided writing allows you to stay fully in control. It is a focused, safe, high-vibration way to connect with your spiritual support team in a way that you choose and direct. Purposeful, intentional connection is the very best way to get in touch with your inner wisdom, your natural intuitive ability, and with your guides.
