This circle is limited to ten students so that all have time to share and get individual attention.

Guided writing is one of the safest, quickest, most direct ways I know of to connect with your guides and your inner knowing.

In these 60-minute Zoom sessions, we’ll practice guided writing in a high-vibration supportive space. You’ll be able to share your writing with the group if you choose, or you can keep it just between you and your guides.

I know from my own practice that it is incredibly helpful to have a community of like-minded people who are committed to showing up for each other and doing the “work” together. Something magical happens when we get together and focus on a shared intention.

The purpose of this circle is to have support and guidance as you focus on deepening your connection with your inner wisdom and your guides through the practice of guided writing.

What’s included

  • Invocation and blessing to set the space
  • I’ll give a writing prompt or visualization, and we’ll write in silence for three minutes
  • The circle will be open for sharing, and I’ll teach/comment/respond as I am guided
  • We’ll do a second prompt or visualization, and write in silence for three minutes
  • The circle will be open for sharing and response
  • Invocation and blessing to close the space

Who it’s for

Open to everyone. No prior experience with writing or intuitive practice needed. Your guides always meet you exactly where you are.

What we’ll cover

  • Teaching on guided writing: what it is, best practices, and the difference between this and automatic writing
  • A quick group meditation and attunement to open safely to inner wisdom
  • Hands-on practice using two different methods of guided writing
  • Time to share, ask questions, and connect with the group

Ready to join?

Nothing to do in advance. Just bring a notebook and pen, and a willingness to be present with the group. Class will be recorded, so register even if you can’t join live.
